I listened to the “Marketing your mobile app company” with Andrew and Ken George. It was terrific and very informative. I’ve already sold six apps that are in various stages of initial development (none have been published). One thing that Ken mentioned was about bringing on a sales person. I’d really like to understand what kind of arrangement you have with that person. Do they work solely on commission? If you wouldn’t mind sharing. How did you find them and do they actually build the apps or do you or do you use a third party designer?
Again, great webinar. I’m doing well so far and have built a mobile app into larger client projects (ie, rebranding) but I know I’ll never make the kind of money I want building “widgets” myself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
